The third and final season of Wu Tang: American Sagawill premiere on Hulu on February 15.
The Wu-Tang Clan is looking to keep its New York rap takeover for its third and final season. Wu Tang: American SagaThe new trailer not only sees the group soaking up the post-release success of their debut album, Enter Wu Tang: 36 roomsbut trying to keep it.
The two-minute clip sees everything from the group embarking on tour to certain members creating solo projects outside of Woo (including a blinking nod to Raekwon’s infamous purple tape). you will miss it). Address your own personal concerns and problems.
The synopsis for the season reads:
After releasing their debut album and continuing to rise to fame, the Wu-Tang Clan follows the five-year plan to face and overcome challenges. While each member goes on separate journeys to find where they fit in the world of music, RZA struggles to keep track of things in order to fulfill his promise to the Wu brothers. With money, fame, egos and business threatening to tear the group apart, they must come together and find a way to solidify their legacy.
It will be interesting to see how this season continues to play into the mythology of Wu Tang Clan, and how it looks to close out the group’s narrative. Look forward to the season premiere on Hulu on February 15th.
