Forecast breakdown
time frame: Snow will continue Thursday afternoon and into the night, easing after Thursday night. Thursday night gusts are expected to reach 30 to 40 miles per hour and combined with snowfall can reduce visibility. A blizzard will be the main hazard from Thursday night through Friday afternoon. Temperatures will drop into the single digits on Thursday afternoon and drop below zero by Friday morning. The wind chill will take him from the 20s below zero to the 30s by Friday morning. Friday’s daytime chill will be around -20°C, and Saturday’s daytime will be around -15°C.
