This first-ever scheme will only be offered to citizens of the UAE national employees.
The period allotted for establishing the business is one year, which is paid. Citizens can apply for leave that is later approved by the head of the federal agency where they work. After approval, you will be paid half of your salary.
From 2 January 2023, the UAE government will start implementing entrepreneurial leave for UAE self-employment schemes.
