An Australian transgender woman who claims she was banned from using the women-only platform Giggle for Girls has sued the social media site for alleged discrimination.

After first suing Giggle and Grover in Federal Circuit and Family Court in July of this year, Tickle dropped the lawsuit, fearing legal costs.
She said she now has “limited funds” to pursue the case and is seeking federal court approval to start the case after hours.
