Today, the City of Milwaukee joins 88Nine to celebrate one of its own. To commemorate Jordan Lee’s final tenure as a full-time employee at Radio Milwaukee and Jordan’s many contributions to the city’s arts and music scene, Mayor Cavalier Johnson today in Milwaukee honored Jordan Lee. Officially proclaimed Lee’s Day.
While Jordan is stepping down from his role as Station Director for 88Nine, he will remain involved with the organization as a consultant to Paragon Media Strategies, helping Radio Milwaukee launch its Urban Alternatives channel later this year. Today, Jordan joined 88Nine morning show host Dori Zori for an on-air reunion shift. The two co-hosted the show for years until Jordan became the director of his 88Nine show, and station.
