The Young Entrepreneurship & Leadership Program (YELP) is for manufacturing and commercial entrepreneurs.

Young Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program YELP program with support from Good for living.

Aimed at talented and motivated young people in manufacturing and commerce in Nigeria, Nairobi and Kampala, YELP introduces learning courses to help develop leadership and entrepreneurship skills.

They aim to solve Africa’s problems related to efficient and sustainable livelihoods within the next three to five years by starting businesses as entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs or leaders of non-profit organizations. I am an aspiring individual.

The program aims to ensure that ambitious and dedicated people can solve problems that once seemed almost unsolvable.

The primary location for the engagement is Lagos, Nigeria, but interested candidates who live outside Lagos are encouraged to apply.

• Years 1 and 2 offer technical and self-leadership training, as well as hands-on, engaging work.
• Second- and third-year team leadership, project ownership, and industry mentorship.
• 4th and 5th years Business creation support in collaboration with investor networks.

selection criteria

The program is aimed at young people who are passionate and committed to solving key problems related to Africa in the next five years, even if they are not actively solving them yet.

Complete a college course with formal, informal, or volunteer experience

Available roles

The role is to enable entrepreneurial leaders to demonstrate their problem-solving and leadership skills.

These roles include marketing (digital and traditional, content and copywriting, social media, community management, media production, etc.), business operations (real estate management, project management accounting/finance, etc.), and business development (B2c). include, but are not limited to: sales, B2B sales, partnerships, product design and development, product management, etc.) and technology (coding).
