Wisniewski said he returned to Milwaukee on Sunday after flying from Tucson.
His Southwest flight was only a few hours late, but he’d been waiting for his package for nearly a week.

Wisniewski said he’s always been a huge Southwest fan, but his recent experience has made him reconsider.
