Marketing Assistant (Motorcycle)
Mojo Motorcycles – Altona North, Melbourne VIC
To help deliver on its ambitious future growth plans, Mojo Motorcycles is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant.
Successful candidates will work closely with Mojo Motorcycles’ marketing manager, in-house design team, sales representatives, and agency partners to deliver a daily, annual marketing plan.
This is a great opportunity for candidates keen to learn and develop skills in all marketing areas including marketing planning, communications, advertising, social media, events, CRM, reporting and marketing management.
The Marketing Assistant’s primary responsibilities, reporting to Mojo Motorcycles’ National Marketing Manager, include:
- Work with marketing manager to support and execute marketing plan.
- Communications – eDM creation and distribution, website copywriting, bulletins, reports, etc.
- Help manage and maintain the website.
- Creating and managing social media content, including paid advertising.
- Collaborating with media outlets for product testing, editorial submissions, and content distribution.
- We support events, brand ambassadors, athletes and partnerships.
- Sending and Tracking Ads to Agreed Print and Digital Placements.
- Other tasks requested by management.
- Travel and out-of-hours support may be required.
Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Passion for motorcycles/powersports.
- Higher Qualification – Marketing, Communications or Related.
- Experience with various advertising platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communicator – working with our nationwide dealer network and retail customers –
- Communicating and building relationships with a wide audience is essential.
- Initiative – A thirst to learn and develop your skills and take on your role.
- Self-motivated – the ability to think for yourself, not be afraid to get stuck, and help other areas of the business when needed.
- Competence – Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills are preferred, but not required.
- Photography, video production and editing skills are an advantage.
- A car license is mandatory and a motorcycle license is highly appreciated.

This position is based at Mojo Motorcycles’ Altona office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Motorcycle Dealer Technical Support & Warranty Assistant
Mojo Motorcycles – Altona North, Melbourne VIC
To help deliver on its ambitious future growth plans, Mojo Motorcycles is currently seeking Dealer Technical Support and Warranty Assistants.
The primary responsibilities of the Dealer Technical Support and Warranty Assistant reporting to the Moto Motorcycles Warranty Manager are:
- Provide fast, reliable, high-quality service to our dealer network via phone and email
- Adjudicate warranty claims for all brands
- Manage the complete warranty claim process with the right B2B system
- Communicate with suppliers as needed to address recurring warranty issues
- Analyze warranty data and implement corrective actions as needed
Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Mechanical Qualifications – Interact with qualified mechanics across our dealer network to provide technical assistance when needed. Preference will be given to candidates with a mechanical qualification or experience in a similar position.
- Attention to detail – You love numbers and pay attention to detail in everything you do.
- Good Communicator – You will be working with international suppliers as well as customers, so being able to communicate with a wide audience is essential.
- Computer Skills – Develop a professional understanding of B2B and supplier IT systems. An understanding of Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Initiative – We are looking for people who want to develop themselves and take on their role.
- Self-motivated – We are looking for someone who can think for themselves and who is not afraid to get stuck in other areas of the business if necessary.
This position will be based in Mojo Motorcycles’ Altona office and will work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
