role description
Support team founders and managers with marketing campaigns across a wide variety of musical and non-musical projects across a client roster. In this role, you will create, deliver and coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns, working with national and international release teams in addition to bespoke event, brand, global tour, merchandising and film/TV production campaigns. is needed.
In addition, you will work with the team to coordinate releases on the company’s in-house record label, complete campaigns, and manage promotional budgets.
Liability includes:
- Strategic international and national campaign planning and product creation across all music releases.
- Work with digital managers to deliver innovative and efficient digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with international marketing teams to develop campaigns on a global level
- Cooperating with agents and promoters around the world to support international tour activities
- Procures and manages press, online, radio and television teams as required.
- Maintain relationships and seek marketing partnerships with key commercial partners such as Spotify, Apple, YouTube and TikTok.
- Work with in-house teams to create bespoke campaigns for new brand launches for clients, including event launches and promotions
- Provide and provide analytics for sales and marketing reports.
- Work with your digital manager to plot key audience targets/markers along the artist’s timeline.
- Work with external creative and media buying agencies.
- Work with digital managers to set up data collection opportunities for each artist as early as possible, develop a database (email, SMS, retargeting pool) and ensure effective ongoing communication with that database .

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a record company or management company of an internationally successful artist.
- Ability to confidently plan, manage and execute top-notch campaigns.
- Experience working with artists, labels and third party stakeholders
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle different projects at the same time.
- A team player who works well within a small, close-knit team on all projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels within the business
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing markets.
