Rebella also played soccer in high school, but stopped participating in sports as a senior.
“It was a difficult decision for me, but it helped me create time to pursue excellence in my other two sports,” said Rebella.
He is also a straight A student. One of his teachers was impressed by his Rebella’s ability to complete tasks even during public learning.

Arrowhead social studies teacher Beth Desrozier said, “He’s very responsible and wants to make sure he gets his job done, so it’s nice to be there while there’s chaos going on around him.” I saw him sitting and concentrating.
Rebella is co-chair of a group that records and preserves veterans’ stories called SAVE – Survivor and Veterans Stories. He said one veteran’s story stood out to him.

Rebella said she hopes to achieve great things. He hasn’t decided which school to attend next year, but he plans to continue pole vaulting in college while studying mechanical engineering.
