In early December, Attorney General Rokita filed two lawsuits against TikTok in connection with TikTok’s false claims about its video-sharing app.
The first lawsuit alleges that TikTok lured children onto the platform through various misleading statements. This indicates that the app contains only “rare/mild” sexual content, profanity, or drug references. In fact, the app is full of extreme examples of such material.
