PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA (WRIC) — Police in Prince William County are looking for a group of men who claim they robbed a business employee at gunpoint while they were out.
At approximately 11:15 am on Friday, January 13, officers responded to Waggy’s Tow Truck Service at 14955 Dumfries Road for a report of an armed robbery, police said.
A group of employees and a supervisor were determined to be in the parking lot when a black Chevrolet Equinox with four men inside pulled up next to it. Two men climbed out of his SUV with firearms and demanded money from the group.
After receiving cash from the supervisor, the two men returned to the SUV, which then left. As the SUV drove away, multiple bullets were fired, one of which was later found in the parking lot.
The suspect was described as a black man wearing black clothes and covering his face. If you have information about this incident, please contact Prince William Police at 703-792-5123.
