BOARDMAN, OH (WKBN) — The start of the new year may be the time to start a new business or company. This can be difficult to navigate where to start.
First News spoke with local marketing and advertising firm PALO Creative to learn tips for new entrepreneurs and get advice on how to thrive amid inflationary challenges.
Rob Palowitz, CEO of PALO Creative, says to recognize the needs of the world. Where there is a need, there is a demand. Rob says he can start a business if the demand is there.
“What problem do you want to solve? What niche do you want to pursue? What industry? “Often people’s hobbies become businesses.”
Building a strong team of trusted individuals can also add value to your business.
“Resources, funds, methods [are] you [going to] Get your product or service out there. Do you have a team? Need a team? Can you go digital with technology? “
He said the next step is to put together a business plan with strategy and details.
“I don’t want to waste my time, I don’t want to run around trying to get something when I know it’s not available. “You have to have a backup plan,” Parowitz said.
Grit and integrity, he says, are the biggest keys to a successful business.
“You have to motivate people to buy what you sell or ask for the service you offer. ‘ said Parowitz.
PALO Creative also encourages using social media as a platform to promote business.
