Opinion: How did Juicy Fest – Park Island handle the heat of Nelly and his hip-hop company?

A huge lineup of America’s favorite hip-hop and R&B artists was Napier’s “Right Thurr.” However, if you weren’t with them, there’s something you missed.

It was a big night for hip-hop and R&B fans as a star-studded line-up hit the Tamatea stage.

Despite nationwide severe weather warnings, no rain fell and Juicy Fest-goers of all ages were having the best time of their lives at Park Island’s Tremaine Field. .

For me personally, Nelly, Ne-Yo, Chingy and Ja Rule brought back childhood memories.

I couldn’t forget the fact that these big names were playing together everywhere from Napier to Park Island.

From start to finish, Tremaine Field was vibrant and vibrant. I swear my voice was gone by the end of the night, especially after singing my heart out to Nelly and Ne-Yo’s classics.

On stage, Ne-yo paid homage to his classics while sharing the “future classics” he wanted.

Nelly showed that he understood that without his fans, Nelly wouldn’t exist, and he thanked the audience and those who were with him from day one throughout his set.

His endless gratitude to his fans may have been repeated, but I understand the message he was trying to convey.

There were some concerns that fighting would break out, but Juicy Fest had a strong police force and security guards. As soon as something started they stopped it.

At first, he says he was a little shocked by the police numbers. But as effective as it was, they moved quickly around the venue in groups of 6 to 8 people and dealt with any issues quickly and quietly.

All in all, everyone at the concert had a good time, was reasonably polite, and were there to enjoy the music.

Now let’s talk about the price and whether it’s worth it.

Juicy Fest tickets may have been expensive, but you have to remember that there were 10 pretty big hip-hop and R&B artists.

Unlike most concerts where general admission tickets give you almost full access above ground, Juicy Fest was set up differently.

Pay $1008.90 for a Platinum VVIP ticket and receive a limited edition Platinum VIP souvenir lanyard and an exclusive VVIP that includes access to all VIP & GA areas, luxury restrooms, VIP Bar as well as drinks and food You can enter the lounge.

If you paid $308.90, you’ll be right in front of a dedicated VIP zone in front of the stage with a VIP souvenir lanyard and access to VIP restrooms and bars.

Or, get a seat in the back for $208.90 general admission.

Paying $208.90 to cover most of the stage with a tent wasn’t what most people expected.

Those who brought picnic blankets and set them up outside the venue in the fields of Park Island may have had the right idea. They couldn’t see the stage (as they are part of GA) but heard all the music for free.

All in all it was a really good night with great performances. Turns out there are other venues in Napier to consider for big concerts.
