Many of us will end 2022 with celebrations until the dawn of the new year.
But when January 1, 2023 kicks off, it’s likely that we’ll return to our familiar routines and habits: caffeine. – and add some new solutions like morning walks and healthier meals.
If so, there are several grocery, drugstore, and restaurant chains across the country that will open on January 1, 2023.
However, check the hours of operation at your nearest store. Some have changed hours, opening late or closing early on New Year’s Day.
Also, since January 1, 2023 falls on a Sunday, Monday January 2 will be treated as a paid holiday for most federal employees. This means post offices, government offices and banks will be closed on Mondays.
