App GreenPal provides lawn care services to homeowners and now offers on-demand snow removal. It works similarly to other popular apps such as Uber and Doordash, offering offers from nearby providers when a customer orders a service.

The app launched locally this week, connecting homeowners with local snow removal experts. Homeowners can list snow removal needs and information such as when, where, on what terrain and how much snow fell on the app.
Services are then provided by professionals, and homeowners can select their preferred offer. Once demolition is complete, homeowners can make payments directly from the app, as well as book future additions.
A new non-contact snow removal option will help those who are out of town when it snows, the sick and the elderly who need help.
According to GreenPal’s website, it’s available in Leighton, West Jordan, Sandy, Bountiful, Herriman, Clearfield, South Jordan, and West Valley, in addition to Salt Lake City. A list of postal codes where GreenPal is available can be found on the GreenPal website.
