Making dreams come true is what Divine Events Creators is all about, says Gladys Falto, CEO of this business on Main Street in Goshen. Divine Events Creators has been at Goshen for about a year and is already a success story.

“Our business focus is on enabling people to host beautiful, stress-free events such as weddings, Sweet 16s, bridal or baby showers, birthdays or corporate events,” said Falto. .

The family run business takes care of every aspect of decorating, catering, hiring a bakery, a DJ, a photographer, two photo booths, chairs, tables and tent rentals. She relies heavily on using local businesses.

“We create the event from scratch, from designing an attractive and decorative entrance to the room setup with appropriate décor, to hiring all the vendors,” says Fult. All designs are client unique.We create all centerpiece and background designs from scratch.We don’t want our designs to imitate someone else’s.”

After handling all aspects of her wedding, including the design and decorations, Fult realized she couldn’t enjoy her special day. However, her friends were impressed with what she did and began asking her to handle not only weddings but other gatherings as well. But Fult saw the bigger picture: there was a need for her services.

After working as an accountant, Falto decided to pursue his dream of design and event planning. “This business is my passion and my gift. I love it!” she said.

When speaking with a potential client before booking, Falto says listen carefully to any ideas he or she may have. When meeting with clients, Falto prepares samples of what they might be interested in, such as decorated tables and appropriate backdrops. Falto’s involvement doesn’t stop there. “I keep in touch with my clients to make sure we are on the same page, and by keeping in touch, I reassure them that everything will work out like a dream,” she says. Told.

Gladys and her husband, Hector, came to Goshen from Middletown, where they lived for 22 years. She has four children: Jeremy, Amber, Tristan, Seth, and her grandson Legend.

Hector and Gladys have been married for 32 years. “He’s my muscle…he’s my rock and my biggest supporter,” Fult said of her husband. Helping unload, decorate, place tables and chairs. “We are the whole team,” she said.

Divine Events Creators became known as the creators of the “Balloon Arch”. For the store’s grand opening on October 30, 2021, Falto created a balloon arch above the doorway. People who saw it began requesting balloon arches and she is now famous.

Falto now has a venue for 40 guests at the showroom location. This area has tables, chairs, decorations, and cooking facilities.

“We are a family-oriented company. Every client is special and unique to us. And we are so grateful to have been allowed to be part of their special day.” Fult said.
