The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce and City of Encinitas will host a Senior Expo, “Embracing Retirement,” on February 25 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Encinitas Community and Senior Center at 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive. Senior Citizens’ Expo provides local businesses and services with an opportunity to meet soon-to-be retirees, retirees, and senior family members. Activities include breakfast hosted by the Encinitas Rotary home team, refreshments, a hug retirement bag, and a raffle. Exhibitor registration has started. The Escondido Union School District will hold a recruitment event on January 24 from 8:30 am to noon at the Karilyn Gilbert Education Center at 2310 Aldergrove Avenue. California Fish Grill is located at 1348 W. Valley Pkwy., Suite A, formerly the Five Guys location.
