EY Nominations for this year’s Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) program are now open. Start-ups, established companies and international business entrepreneurs operating in all industrial sectors across the island of Ireland are invited to apply for registration by 2nd March.
The theme of this year’s program is entrepreneurship. The overall award went to Martin McKay, founder and CEO of his Texthelp in Northern Ireland, in his 2022. The judging panel for this year’s awards will be chaired by recruitment entrepreneur Anne Heraty.

EOY alumni comprise over 580 entrepreneurs across the island. Together, these companies employ more than 200,000 people and generate revenues of over €23 billion. This award has been running for 26 years.
