Petzey is led by CEO Mike Ortega after losing a golden retriever in a situation where help wasn’t readily available when it was most needed. He was inspired to create a platform that could be used for urgent issues and non-emergency situations where pet owners might ask general questions about their pets.

With this new on-demand platform, Ortega says connecting with veterinary professionals is as easy as opening the Petzey app. “Sometimes all you need is a phone call for a consultation, but if a visit to a clinic is required, we can also help you find the right clinic in your area.”
