McLean, Virginia. – The Watchdog Association (TMA) announces the recent appointment of David Morgan to the volunteer position of Co-Chair of its Marketing and Communications Committee. A longtime TMA member and volunteer contributor, Morgan is the co-founder of He SD Marketing, a California-based marketing firm. Morgan joins incumbent Co-Chair Jake Volle to assume leadership of the committee.
