Hoorae Media has appointed Monique Francis as its new Head of Marketing. Francis will be responsible for marketing strategy and operations for her Hoorae and its banners (Hoorae Film & TV, Raedio, ColorCreative).
She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and reports to CEO Issa Rae and Chief of Staff Kaylin Cotton.

Prior to joining Rae’s media company, Francis was a client strategist for MediaLink’s entertainment and culture division at UTA. In addition, he has worked in creating brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, content and social impact initiatives for organizations such as Constellation Brands, Alzheimer’s Association, JP Morgan He’s Chase, Wilson Sporting He’s Goods, Coca-Cola He’s Company and BODYARMOR. Francis is a founding member of the Social Change Fund, which supports organizations working to dismantle systemic racism, empower communities of color, and sustainably build just and equitable societies. She also sits on the industry advisory board of the Latino Film Association. Frances is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
