milwaukee – The Milwaukee Police Department responded to at least six shootings on Saturday, Dec. 31.
A 14-year-old boy and five men from Milwaukee suffered non-fatal injuries.
37th and Melvina
Around 3:00 a.m., a 45-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and injured. He arrived at the hospital for treatment.
Sherman and Roosevelt
A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and injured at approximately 8:35 a.m. and taken to hospital for treatment.

Sherman and Hampton
Around 6:50 p.m., a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy was shot and injured.
56th and Capitol
Minutes after the boy was shot, police said a 34-year-old Milwaukee man had been shot and injured near Midtown Center. He went to the hospital for treatment.
53rd and Fairmount
A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and injured around 11 p.m. and arrived at the hospital for treatment.
39th and Hampton
At approximately 11:30 p.m., a 25-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and injured. He arrived at the hospital for treatment.
Investigated by MPD
Police are investigating the cause of each shooting and looking for those responsible.
