American rapper Meek Mill has apologized to Ghanaians after filming his music video at the presidential palace, which received a lot of backlash from Ghanaians.
A public uproar ensued after the rapper released a short preview video of his new song on Instagram.
In a tweet, Meek Mill said: [of Ghana]…we still push to make connections between blacks in America and Africa…what I am going to do is more than a video and you should see [more] coming soon.rude to the office [of the President] Also”.
He said the video was not in any shape or form intended to disrespect Ghanaians.
A short video shows Meek Mill and his crew rapping and dancing to content believed to be explicit lyrics at Jubilee House after being invited by President Nana Ad Dankwa Akufo Addo. was seen.

His visit to the presidency came after he performed at the Aphronation concert on December 29th.
The rapper and his crew later took several shots standing in front of the lectern that the president mostly used during his national speeches.
Meek Mill and his team also droned the Jubilee House front yard.
However, some Ghanaians were outraged by the development and took to social media to delve into the Meek Mill and Akufo Addo governments.
The video posted on Sunday has since been removed.
