We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Fishtales team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for an entire dynamic portfolio of sustainable, world-class seafood brands.
As a marketing coordinator, you will work collaboratively within a small team to help implement various agency services, including delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns. From design to delivery.

This opportunity is suitable for self-motivated, driven and passionate individuals who want to work in a small team. This role requires organized individuals with the ability to switch between multiple projects as needed.
This can be a hybrid onsite/work from home role. The Fishtales office requires him to work at least 3 days a week. Candidates should be able to work face-to-face in our Sydney office for hours.

- Work with Fishtales marketing strategists to review, design and present project plans for new and existing clients.
- Manage project progress visibility and transparency internally, hold project meetings, and work closely with clients as the project progresses
- We work with third parties to ensure your designs, promotional materials and digital assets are organized in a timely manner
- Social media management, content development and implementation – for internal and client accounts.
- Provide all marketing and communication materials within and on brand guidelines
- Managing and executing reports, pitch deck design, and basic in-house creative projects
- Administrative assistance related to business
An ideal candidate possesses the following skills and attributes:
- 2+ years of experience in the digital or social media marketing industry
- Knowledge of social marketing, digital trends and best practices
- Familiarity with InDesign or other design software
- Extensive knowledge of photography, social media and food trends
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Respond quickly to multiple projects, work well under pressure, and effectively handle conflicting deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad-hoc requests, and changing priorities
