Marketing Coordinator – Pedestrian Job

We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketing coordinator to join our team who is involved in email marketing, social media marketing, marketplace management and partnerships.

Roles include:

• Email marketing: planning and creating campaigns and automated flows
• Social media marketing: help with content planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting
• Website management: content uploading, copywriting, inventory levels
• Marketplace operations and wholesale account management
• Partnerships: work with creators, influencers and manage collaborations

This role continues to evolve over time, remains multifaceted, and lends itself well to the quick-learning generalist marketer.

Successful applicants have:

• A passion for the outdoors and sustainability is a must!We are surrounded by like-minded people and passionate about our work every day
• 2+ years of experience related to digital marketing or e-commerce
• Experience in email marketing, content and social media marketing, and experience using suitable platforms such as: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Later, Canva
• Shopify experience highly preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• A positive mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Start date: Early March 2023

Office Location: Richmond, Victoria

Salary: $55-70,000 (depending on experience) + super

Please note that this is a full-time direct role with the potential for 1-2 days of WFH. There is an option to discuss her 4 days part time prorated for suitable candidates. Also note that it should be fully available in May.
