Dallas-based independent brand marketing agency Media Culture has promoted Jared Harrington to Chief Operating Officer and Nuno Andrade to Chief Innovation Officer.
The newly created role is part of a larger organizational initiative to accelerate growth and increase value for agency clients, the company said. He said he will continue to drive organizational efficiency and develop a culture of innovation within the company.

Utilization of technology
Harrington joined Media Culture in 2015 to upgrade the agency’s analytics capabilities, most recently serving as vice president of analytics. In that role, Harrington led the development of the media culture measurement platform Abacus, as well as efforts to expand the agency’s analytics service offerings to include omnichannel measurement and her on-demand reporting.
During its 14 years in the industry, Harrington has built teams of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to support the measurement needs of businesses across categories and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.

Leading the innovation agenda
An 18-year marketing veteran, Andrade joined Media Culture in 2016 as its first Digital Media Director. In his new role, Andrade will be tasked with leading the company’s innovation agenda and keeping the agency at the forefront of an ever-changing industry.
