‘Daughter oflove & hip hop‘star Rich Draz Arrested for aggravated assault after shooting her child’s father.
According to police reports, Ashley Trowers I arrived at a gas station in Kroger around midnight on January 24th to start my new job as a security guard.
Meanwhile, Ashley noticed that the child’s father, Demire Tatum, and another man, Michael Yates, were approaching her in a Cadillac ATS.
Ashley, allegedly fearing for her life, tried to flee the scene. However, the men catch up with Ashley, resulting in her firing two shots into her car.
Ashley later called the police to tell them she had a restraining order against Tatum and was scared when she saw him. She also claimed that she believed she saw someone reaching her hand for her gun when the man approached her.
But hours later, Yates returned to the scene without Tatum, telling police he was just trying to give Ashley some money.
Ashley was taken to Shelby County Jail on an aggravated assault charge, but was later released.
Interestingly, what makes this story ironic is that Ashley’s mother, Miracle Kay Hall, was arrested in 2018 on suspicion of shooting her husband. Miracle argued that her conduct was self-defense, which led to the dismissal of her lawsuit.
