Nine Iowa City entrepreneurs will participate in the Builders + Backers National Idea Accelerator program, which aims to take new ideas from concept to action.
Sponsored by the Iowa EdTech Collaborative, the program welcomes a cohort of aspiring EdTech entrepreneurs based in Cedar Rapids.

Participants in Iowa City’s first Idea Accelerator met in May to celebrate the achievements of the 90-day virtual program.
This year’s Iowa participants will join builders in the Delta region of West Tennessee, Northwest Arkansas, East Shawnee, Tulsa and Montgomery, Alabama in a three-month program beginning January 26. increase.
