Lil Gotit called YSL’s ongoing issue a “civil war,” clearing the air while addressing it on Akademiks’ livestream.
Lil Keed’s brother, Lil Gotit, tried to clear up misunderstandings in a recent post that was supposedly aimed at Gunna. In a recent video, Gotit says the story is over, putting an end to the Akademiks who claim YSL is now involved in a “civil war.”
“This is not a civil war. This is none of that capping. I don’t know what the fucking Academics were doing,” Gotit said in a video shared by Academics. I’m talking about anything If I know his false love for you I’ll say something
Gotit refers to Akademik’s live stream on Wednesday night (January 11th). That’s when Big Ak headlined his stream for YSL’s ongoing division with “Civil War.” Ak has since uploaded clips of his stream live, newly titled “YSL in shambles!”
It all started on Tuesday night (January 10) when Gunna shared his first post since accepting a plea bargain and being released from prison. Gunna has been heavily criticized and ridiculed for saying that YSL as a gang must not only accept a plea bargain but end it. , many immediately called the “Pushin P” rapper a snitch.
Everyone listened to Gunna’s post. Some have unfollowed rappers indirectly like Tekashi 69 or like Young Thug’s sister HiDoraah. Lil Gotit also appeared to throw shade at Gunna after tweeting, “RIP KEED ILY & IMY TWIN 😢🕊️.”
Judging by Lil Gotit’s video post, the “Don’t call me twin” caption on his IG story after Gunna’s tweet actually appeared to be in response to Gunna.
“Anyone can do this. I said s*** in general. If you know it’s fake love and you weren’t fucking him when he was here , please don’t say my brother’s name,” Lil Gotit added. “I do what I do every day. I take care of my family. I am blessed.”
Recently, Lil Gotit has been doing a lot of tributes to his late brother Lil Keed through his IG stories. “I really miss your child,” he wrote in one post.
BSlime and Lil Gotit will be performing at YSL’s event in Los Angeles on January 12th. A special guest has also been announced. It remained locked to Hip-Hop XXIV for press coverage.
