The Catalyst Mastermind Collaborative of Las Vegas has launched a new initiative to help local entrepreneurs launch their first businesses. It’s called a catalytic incubator.
Catalyst is a mastermind group built on Napoleon Hill’s premise that 1 + 1 = 3. So when two minds come together, they create a third “mastermind”. For years, the organization has used this premise to help local small businesses find the next level of success through one-on-one mentorships.
Today, Catalyst leaders want to share their knowledge with local entrepreneurs through our incubator program, helping early business ideas develop from side hustle to full-scale operations.
The effort includes regular monthly group meetings, education and one-on-one mentorship, said founder Sonia Petkewich and money coach Lisa Chastain.
“This partnership is very exciting because business owners in this phase need leadership training, operational guidance, and coaching on financial strategy and confidence,” Petkewich added. “These entrepreneurs will have access to expert coaches in these key areas.”
Some of the subjects covered by the program are:
- sales, marketing and branding
- Clarify product offerings and pricing
- website creation
- break limiting beliefs
- financial and legal aspects of running a business
Entrepreneurs can fill out an application at catalyst.vegas.
