At the peak of his DJ career, he decided to launch his Toast Inc and open a restaurant in Mumbai. His first restaurant was opened six years before him and he called LMNOPQ Asian Bistro in Bandra district.
Aditya has never looked back since opening various restaurants. Starting from scratch was a big risk. But he was full of hopes and dreams and a passion for success. Given that there are already big players in the restaurant business that has been functioning for decades, there were many challenges in his ways. Instead, he was doing what he liked.
