Shana Sanders, known professionally as Shana Digital, is a modern changemaker and strategist.

The organization was founded while Sanders was working on his Era of the Engineer project. So she approached Young Guru, the music engineer for rapper Jay-Z, for an opportunity in her leadership field of sorts.
Ranging from education and technology to music production and branding, behind Sanders’ diverse resume is a tireless work ethic and commitment to helping everyone she meets, big or small, in some way. . It’s about learning and adapting it to their individual and unique style,” Sanders said.

“It was a great opportunity for the students to create their own beats while also learning the basics of Javascript coding. Prior to this short three-hour session, the students had no prior music production or coding experience. After the event, they created their own original sound recording with a Javascript foundation and planted it in their minds,” Sanders said.
Research is at the very forefront of We Create Tech’s development, and the more Sanders searches for information, the more the gap becomes apparent.
