It’s December 20th and I’m sitting in an overly cold solarium in St. Petersburg, Florida. Outside temperature is 61 degrees. know. We Floridians have it rough.The time is 5:30 am
This is my habit of getting up by 5:30 every morning and I have been doing this for a long time. You can wake up even on weekends without needing an alarm clock. I love mornings I love hot coffee and when the sun comes up he loves the opportunity to sit still for a little while before the day starts.
Many of us have trouble meditating. The heart just doesn’t want to be silent. Think, think, think. We believe we can get out of trouble. We stew about what irritates us. Most of us live in drama every day. We have anxiety in our chests and frustration that we are constantly trying to shake off.
Life becomes what we are “getting over”. We will survive, persevere and wish you happy days ahead. Waiting for discharge. Waiting for things to slow down.

stop the drama
You can listen to the present moment by sitting still in the quiet darkness and just breathing. When you close your eyes and listen to your breath in complete solitude, you will find pure peace. A gentle sensation washes over you, like a warm blanket.
But be careful — here come the negative thoughts. A stream of thought enters. Mind is tricky. you have to harden your heart.this is the time you set aside yourselfJust like when you start exercising, there will be resistance. I feel like “this can’t be helped”.
It’s an exercise, so stick with it. Results don’t happen overnight. Show up every day and give yourself 10 minutes, 15 minutes, whatever you can do. Over time, the benefits of practicing staying in the present moment will begin to show in your life. For business owners, staying in the present moment is a superpower. A place where creativity lives. A place where passion lives. That’s where true happiness lies.

By resting your mind, you are cleaning the house. organize. You create space between your busy, overthinking mind and what really matters.
After meditating, pick up your journal and plan your day. Think about how you would like to spend your day. Make a plan and step into it, don’t sacrifice your health. Put it in first. Remember, you can’t think bigger than how you feel. Do things to feel your best self first.
From that space, move into your day.

Ability to connect with staff and customers
Remembering that the present moment is exactly where you need to be allows for deeper connections with people. People can feel it when you really exist. There is a positive vibe when you walk into the office. When someone needs you and you give them your undivided attention, they will remember it.
When something disturbing happens, give it your full attention and let it go. lost. next.
Take a breather and reset. If you’re really stuck in a loop, take another 10 minutes to remind yourself of the truth. It lives only in your heart now. The event has passed. Let go.

Staying in the present moment preserves and even nurtures our energy. Positive energy flows when you are not worried and happy where you are. You’ll be able to reach what you intended and even have energy left to enjoy.

Peace will wash over you when you are in the present moment. You are not looking for: You are content with what you are.
