Multicultural marketing agency Hook PR & Marketing is expanding its leadership team as it expands to serve more clients in the mid-Atlantic, founder and CEO Patricia V. Rivera announced Did.
Joining Rivera as new partners and co-owners are Chief Operating Officer Dora Jane Berwick and Chief Marketing Officer Jessica Bell.
Rivera, who launched Hook in 2007, said:
“As a leadership team, we honor the depth and diversity of humanity and are committed to executing marketing strategies that help our clients achieve their goals.”
Having worked with Hook for five years, including roles as Content and Operations Director, Mr. Berwick has a broad background in organizational leadership, administration and marketing.
“The opportunity to join Hook as a partner fulfills a personal dream of strengthening and encouraging organizations dedicated to positive change,” Berwick said. “Leaders across the region are noticing the results that come from Hooke’s culture of respect and compassion. The opportunity to work with our amazing team every day as we effect positive change is a bonus.”
Previously, Mr. Bell ran his own marketing consulting firm, led communications for the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement, and worked in marketing, design, writing, and client support in the real estate, legal, and broadcast industries.
“Hook has always stood out at Delaware, from the reliability of his team, to his commitment to exceptional customer service, to his boundless creativity, to his insightful advice,” Bell said. “We look forward to continuing to grow across the Mid-Atlantic and to delivering results to organizations that are committed to improving and serving their communities.”
