Hirsch’s Meats celebrated its 30th anniversary on December 21st, according to owner Gary Hirsch.
“It goes by very quickly,” said Hersh. “It’s not something I’ve ever gotten bored of. I’ve always liked the uniqueness of what we did.”
Family run meat market at 1301 W. Parker Road, Ste. 100 opened in 1992 and offers fresh meat daily, as well as game processing services.
“Business success has three components: price, quality and service,” says Hirsch.
In addition to these key components, Hirsch credits customers for keeping the business alive for 30 years.
“I can’t thank them enough,” said Hersh. “You will be run by the same people you meet every week.They are the people who make you successful.They are the people who bring you other customers.We have been shopping here for 30 years. We have customers who have been shopping with us…if you can believe it, we have grandchildren who shop with us.”
