Cincinnati – Stanley Frazier Jr. officially joined the University of Cincinnati Athletics staff on Wednesday as deputy Athletics Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement.
Frazier has over ten years of high-level marketing and promotions leadership at NCAA Division I schools with stops in Kent, New Mexico, UTSA, Tulsa and Northern Kentucky.
Anthony Di Fino, Deputy AD, External Relations, said: “Stanley will be an integral part of our entry into the Big 12 and beyond. Stanley’s experience, leadership and energy will strengthen Bearcat’s brand, fan experience and community engagement. I am delighted to be welcomed as a member.”
A Dayton, Ohio native, Frazier will lead UC’s marketing and fan engagement teams, work closely with the football and men’s basketball programs, and oversee four full-time staff and several interns and students. He also serves as the departmental liaison to his Bearcat Sports Properties in Rearfield and oversees his group at UC Spirit.
He will work closely with the Cincinnati ticket office and play a key role in Cincinnati’s transition to the Big 12 this summer.

Frazier comes to the Bearcats from Kent, where he has been Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Promotions for Golden Flash since 2022. He oversaw all on-field and on-court promotion, sponsor activation, community outreach, ticket sales, fan promotion for his zone. Under his leadership, KSU increased fan participation during his 2022 football season and revenue he increased by 59%.
Frazier also coordinated all commercials and advertisements for KSU. This includes his lucrative partnership with ESPN Cleveland to drive football and basketball branding and ticket sales. During his tenure, he served as the deputy sports administrator for KSU’s track and field program.
Prior to attending Kent State University, he served as Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Revenue Generation at the University of New Mexico from 2019-2022. He oversees the direct marketing of football and men’s basketball at his Lobos, activating all in-game promotions and sponsorships.
He also helped oversee ticket sales, leading to a significant increase from 2019 to 2021. In addition, Frazier served as the departmental liaison to ASUNM, a student mental organization, where he increased attendance at men’s basketball games by 80%.
Prior to Lobos, Frazier served as Interim Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing at UT-San Antonio. He was in charge of the soccer marketing plan prior to the 2019 season. Frazier was the marketing manager for his programs for the Roadrunners’ women’s basketball, baseball, and volleyball before being promoted to interim marketing assistant AD. He has also resided at the University of Tulsa and the University of Northern Kentucky as Athletic Marketing Coordinator. Golden During his time with the Hurricanes and the North, he led all in-game promotions for men’s and women’s basketball, and Frazier’s marketing plan significantly increased participation in women’s basketball.
Frasier has a daughter, Ayana, and is a two-time graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
