Walker Named Cumberland Crossing Sales Consultant
Falmouth — OceanView at Falmouth is pleased to announce the appointment of Shireen Shahawy as Director of Sales and Marketing and Gloria Walker as Sales Consultant for Cumberland Crossing.
Shireen has served as Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing since joining OceanView in October 2021. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Friends of the Kotzschmar Organ. Prior to that, he was an independent marketing and communications strategist and owner of Shahawy Communications.
In her new role, Shireen will manage sales, marketing and community engagement for both Oceanview in Falmouth and its sister community, Cumberland Crossing by Oceanview.
Shireen succeeds Gloria Walker, OceanView’s Director of Sales and Marketing, who has been with OceanView for 19 years.
“We have the most amazing residents. It is a pleasure to help people find the perfect new home in our community. We are doing everything in our power to make it possible,” said Shahawy. As Gloria headed toward semi-retirement, she worked with Walker for a year to learn the position. “I love that this retirement community has created a great path for Gloria to ease her retirement. ”
Walker works part-time in Cumberland Crossing sales and tours.
