Evans, Georgia (WJBF) – Construction of the building, called the Evans Society Center, is expected to be completed by March 1, and future business owners in the plaza have big plans.
Located in the Evans Town Center behind the Columbia County Performing Arts Center, the plaza will house Southern Time Clothing, Goat Kick Coffee Company, Milin Fusion Kitchen, and Edward Jones Financial Group.
Co-owners of Southern Time Clothing, sisters Ahnna and Sophia Parkhurst want to bring the latest trends to the region.
“Clothing, accessories, bags, pretty much everything,” they said. I’m trying to mix things up a bit.
This is Goat Kick Coffee Company’s second location and it’s not your average coffee.
“We roast our beans locally,” said Natalie Jacobs and Jennifer Boyeskar, co-owner and bar manager. “Also, we really care about having a warm, welcoming, welcoming place to go for your coffee, but people know your name and see your face.” I know.”
It’s also slated to be Mirin Fusion Kitchen’s second location, and they’re considering switching things up.
Owner Chee Ren says, “The store is getting bigger, and the menu is changing a bit.”
After several businesses in the Evans Town Center Maybolm Building recently closed, the owners of those businesses hope it will regain some of its foot traffic.
“We will really miss those businesses. Very disappointing,” said Natalie Jacobs of Goat Kick Coffee. Because at our other locations, customers have been coming to us saying they’re excited about the opening of this location because it makes their commute easier. Bojescul said.
The grand opening of Southern Time Clothing and Milin Fusion Kitchen is scheduled before the summer, and Goat Kick Coffee Company is set to open in March after construction is complete.
