The medical student-turned-entrepreneur has made millions in sales on Amazon.
A former medical student has revealed that he quit his studies to pursue a career in e-commerce.
If you’ve ever shopped online in the US, chances are your purchase was processed by Gav Kwok, who is quickly taking the world of online shopping by storm.
By 2023, nearly 91% of the current US population is expected to shop online, leaving more potential profits for e-commerce entrepreneurs.
Gav jumped on this trend with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). This is a service where the business owner outsources the product to Amazon, where Amazon takes care of the product storage, packaging, shipping, customer support and handling returns.
Savvy: If you’ve recently shopped online in the US, chances are your purchase was processed by Gav Kwok, who is rapidly taking the world of online shopping by storm.
After a five-year port, he’s turned Amazon FBA into a nine-figure business, projecting up to $100 million in revenue this year alone.
To offer advice to budding entrepreneurs, Gav claimed to choose to: A continuously sold product is the key to longevity.
He explains: We sell almost everything.
Gav also recommended prioritizing building healthy relationships with popular manufacturers and wholesalers, arguing that it is the foundation of a successful model. Opportunity to buy at wholesale price.
Since harnessing the power and possibilities of Amazon FBA, Gav has revealed that he is living the life of his dreams, traveling the world for fun.
But while he may be experiencing the high life now, he warns entrepreneurs not to underestimate the first job they need.
He stressed the importance of getting over the complexities of selling and investing on Amazon as a partner.
He started his business with the goal of becoming financially independent and having more free time.
However, launching his company required an extraordinary amount of time and effort. At first it took him 20 hours from just 16 hours a day to keep the business going.
Even in this long time, he made mistakes in the trial and error process that resulted in initial losses of millions of dollars over the years.
Learning from this, Gav invested in courses, training with mentors, and gleaned bits of knowledge from successful entrepreneurs.
Now, he wants to give back and guide young entrepreneurs who are unsure how to start their e-commerce journey, showing them the best perspectives and expectations.
Building on our success so far, Gav I am editing a course to help young entrepreneurs and have a podcast created for the same purpose. It teaches people how to be successful in business.
