WAUWATosa, Wisconsin — The coroner’s office has released the name of a Milwaukee utility driver who died in his 10th car accident in Wauwatosa. A 64-year-old woman has been identified as Dennis Dura.
Three people, including Dula, were killed in the crash, according to the Wauwatosa Police Department. His two other deaths were 85-year-old Paul Widda and his 40-year-old Amy L. Miller, who was attacked by public works driver Dula. Wojda and Dula were pronounced dead at the scene. Miller was pronounced dead after being taken to hospital.
“A tragic incident has taken the lives of three people,” said Public Works Commissioner Jerrel Kruschke. “We at DPW extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends who lost loved ones in this tragic event.”
The crash occurred on N. Mayfair Rd. Four of the MPW vehicles driven by Dula were completely destroyed on W. Wisconsin Avenue on Tuesday after they collided with several other vehicles.

Three other people were injured in the clash. The two were taken to hospital, but the extent of their injuries and their current condition are unknown. The other did not require hospital transport.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the dead, injured and families of those who witnessed this horrific clash today,” Wauwatosa Police said in a statement.
Police also thanked those who helped at the scene of the accident and called 911.
Wauwatosa Police Department is investigating the crash and the circumstances leading up to it. The Wisconsin State Patrol and the Milwaukee County Coroner’s Office are assisting police with the investigation.
