A physician with a passion for finance and financial fraud, James Block joined the cryptocurrency industry in 2021 to begin investigating the USDT stablecoin. He currently runs Dirty Bubble Media, a cryptocurrency newsletter focused on scams and scams in the blockchain industry.
The first topic of the podcast was the issue of crypto project legitimacy. James believes that most projects these days don’t face consumers in a legitimate way (through token sales or other investments).
Regarding the legitimacy of the crypto project, Block said:
The opportunities offered for retail investors to actually invest in these things seem like smoke and mirrors to me. It’s sad, but that’s the reality of the situation.
