Students in Delhi’s schools are starting to become young entrepreneurs who will make significant contributions to the growth of the country and its economy in the future, Deputy Prime Minister Manish Sisodia said Saturday.
Speaking to students at his school about the Delhi government’s Business Blasters program, he said:
This program is an expanded hands-on component of the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum that provides students in class 11 and class 12 with Rs 2,000 each as seed money for developing business ideas.
He said graduates who benefited from the program should revisit the school and mentor other students to spread the word.
“This will raise society’s awareness. The vision for which this program was launched seems to be becoming a reality. Our children are becoming job creators. Their hard work and passion make these children We will play an important role in strengthening the country’s economy,” Sisodia added.
