Cincinnati, Ohio — A close friend of Buffalo Bills cornerback Dumar Hamlin provided an update on Hamlin’s condition.
Hamlin’s marketer and friend, Jordan Rooney, CEO of sports marketing agency Juster Athlete, said: Went to Twitter to provide more information About Hamlin’s condition on Monday night at about 10:31 PM ET.
He said Hamlin’s vitals had “returned to normal” and that he had “slept with a breathing tube down his throat” at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. added.
Looney’s tweet came about 25 minutes after the NFL spokesperson. Brian McCarthy has released a statement regarding Hamlin’s condition. McCarthy also said Hamlin was in critical condition after the game was officially postponed.
Hamlin was transported to UC Medical Center after collapsing on the field after tackling Bengals receiver Tee Higgins with 5:58 left in the first quarter. After his 21-minute delay in which doctors administered CPR compressions and an IV, both teams went to their respective locker rooms and the match was temporarily delayed. He was taken by ambulance to his UC.
Around 10:00 PM ET, the NFL decided to postpone the rest of the night’s games.
