Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has promoted Kristan Cole to Vice President of Marketing and Brokerage Services, the commercial real estate firm announced Jan. 9.
Cole will lead and oversee Thalhimer’s research, design, communications and brokerage services teams, as well as lead the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Cole, who joined the company as Marketing Director in July 2021, has 18 years of strategic and creative marketing experience in real estate and higher education. Since joining the company, she has consolidated the marketing and brokerage services teams into her single division, upgraded Thalhimer’s website, established and executed multiple business development initiatives, according to the news release. Oversaw automated marketing activities and established revenue-generating opportunities for the marketing department. She announced her promotion.
