West Hartford, Connecticut — When the crystal ball ushered in Times Square in 2023, BodyRoc FitLab in West Hartford saw an almost 25% increase in membership inquiries.

“When the new year arrives, everyone wants to forget the past and move on.
Chambers has owned BodyRoc FitLab for eight years, but the past three years have been the toughest as he and his staff have been forced to navigate the constant hurdles presented by the pandemic. His BodyRoc store in Avon fell victim to the coronavirus and was forced to close. According to Chambers, BodyRoc’s original location was just off New Park Avenue in West Hartford, and the location is still standing.
“We thank God for our members and their loyalty,” he said.

As we head into the new year, the BodyRoc FitLab team is gearing up to welcome new members and offer advice to anyone considering joining the gym.
