The O’ Night Divine Charity Ball is once again sacred to the Mercy Health Foundation Northwest Arkansas. His 1,300 guests at the foundation raised $1.4 million at the 29th annual gala fundraiser he held on December 3 at the Rogers Convention Center.
A direct appeal that night brought in nearly $240,000 to benefit the neonatal intensive care unit at Mercy Hospital in Northwest Arkansas.
“In a Level III certified neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the smallest and most vulnerable patients are cared for around the clock by critically trained nurses and doctors,” the organizers said.
“Our care team participates in ongoing clinical training to ensure they are prepared for any situation that may arise. A key component of that training is: Neonatal resuscitation.With your help, Mercy will equip nurses and physicians with advanced neonatal training simulators, SimNewB, and other training resources.These new technologies will teach clinical colleagues about all aspects of neonatal airway management. will train.”
“Mercy is blessed with a generous community in Northwest Arkansas, and through our charity balls, we work with donors and community partners to advance healthcare,” said Mercy Health Foundation Northwest Arkansas vice president of development.
