The Arizona Cardinals have hired Monty Ossenfort as the team’s new general manager.
The franchise hired Ossenfort on Monday, a week after owner Michael Bidwill announced that head coach Cliff Kingsbury and general manager Steve Kaim would not return after a 4-13 season. announced.
Ossenfort, 44, has spent the last three seasons as director of player personnel for the Tennessee Titans. Prior to that, he spent 15 seasons with the New England Patriots, helping the franchise win his four Super Bowls. In 21 his seasons, his team made it to the playoffs 16 times.
