Broadway space advertising, marketing and branding agency SpotCo has announced the addition of two executives to its executive level. Callie Goff is promoted to the new Chief Her Creative Her Officer and Kristen ‘Kiki’ Rathbun takes on the newly created role of Chief Her Communications Her Officer.
During his tenure at SpotCo, Goff has directed campaigns for Broadway shows. Examples include “Beetlejuice,” “POTUS: Or, Every Great Dumbass, Behind Seven Women Trying To Keep Him Alive,” “Mean Girls,” and “The Ferryman.” In her new role, Goff will be responsible for SpotCo’s creative department, where she works on building brands and developing campaigns for customers.
Rathbun helped create SpotCo’s partnerships arm and now leads SpotCo’s growing customer efforts, including Apple TV+, HBO Max and NBC Live. Rathbun will focus on increasing external communication and agency visibility while maintaining the agency culture and mission internally.
“Both Callie and Kiki are an indelible part of SpotCo’s fabric and family,” said Managing Director Steve Santore in a statement. “They each have a spirit of fun that can only be matched by immense talent.
Founded in 1997, SpotCo offers Broadway and live entertainment. The company has played a role in the development of prominent Main Stem brands such as ‘Rent’ and ‘Hamilton’. The company’s current clients include ‘Death of a Salesman’, ‘Hadestown’, ‘Leopoldstadt’ and ‘MJ’.
