LAKE GENEVA, Wisconsin — Seventy-five artists from around the world will converge on Lake Geneva this spring to create installations featuring more than 50,000 balloons.
The Big Balloon Build will feature an installation that will take over the Jackson Family Activity Center at Covenant Harbor and will be open to the public for fundraising once completed. Proceeds go to Inspiration Ministries, which helps people with disabilities.
The event will take place March 23-26, 2023 and is hosted by Wisconsin Balloon Décor. It will be his third time Big Balloon Build is held in the US.
“Thousands of people came to see the balloons and they helped us raise $120,000 for charity,” said Sarah Meyer, owner of the Wisconsin Balloon Decor in Vincennes, Indiana. I mentioned the first big balloon build at The installations I’ve been to so far have been incredible. But when I witnessed the impact the event had on the community, I wanted to take it home. “
This year’s theme was inspired by event sponsor Kunes RV. Tickets are on sale now.
